I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room, and the bed was super comfy! Loved the canal view from the tall windows—it felt so cozy. There was a nice selection of complimentary snacks in the mini bar, which was a nice treat. The bathroom had good toiletries and a towel warmer, which was a luxury touch. Just a heads up, those stairs are pretty steep, so be ready for a workout when you haul your luggage.

It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good
The location is superb, providing easy access to various attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, even accommodating an early check-in with complimentary coffee.
Noise levels were disappointing, with sounds from the street disturbing sleep and thin walls allowing for neighborly conversations to be heard clearly.

The elevator was a lifesaver for those steep stairs. I loved the spacious Beautiful Double Room-it was bigger than expected. The location was fantastic, close to tram stops and attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. Great air conditioning. 🌟

Yo, Ciro Passami L'Olio served some of the best baby back ribs I've ever had—totally finger-lickin' good! Plus, the nearby Blue Pepper Restaurant had a vibe that made our taste buds dance. Our Deluxe Double Room felt like a cozy haven, and the complimentary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch!
Staying in the basement felt a bit musty, and the coffee maker was on the fritz. The shower drains like molasses, leaving you standing in a puddle of funky water. Those steep stairs? Not for the faint-hearted—just sayin'!

Canal views, unique decor and style, convenient luggage storage
The noise from the street was quite disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep!!! Those steep, narrow stairs are a workout and could use some safety features to help manage luggage better!!!

Couple's Warm Escape
First, the receptionist was helpful, she helped us with our heavy luggage and gave some great local tips. We totally loved the breakfast, those pancakes? Pure heaven!
It wasn’t cheap but you know, a bit pricey is still acceptable for the experience we got.
